2022 Lincoln-Sudbury Varsity Soccer Teams Seeking Youth Player Volunteers!

LS SoccerThe LS Varsity Boys and Girls Soccer teams are looking for youth soccer players to serve as ball kids at our home games this late September and October. It’s wonderful for team morale and to keep the game moving when youth players can help with retrieving balls on the sidelines. And it’s great fun for the youth players to learn by watching the older kids.

We are looking for 4 to 6 ball kids per game. Games typically run 1.5 hours so please plan on 2 hours to leave some wiggle room.  Each time a player volunteers, they will be part of the team experience and will have their picture taken with the Varsity team!

If your child is interested in participating, please view the home game information at the button link below and then email the liaisons below with your desired dates!

GAME DAY DETAILS:

  • We ask that volunteers show up 15 minutes before the game starts so they can be briefed on their responsibilities and placed around the field. We want to make sure there is time for the LS coaches and liaisons to meet and guide them.
  • The games are held on the first turf field on the right down the hill from the LS parking lot and not the LS football stadium field (except both games on 10/22 and the boys game on 10/31).
  • Please have the volunteers proudly wear their team jersey!

Please reach out to us if you have questions and thanks for your help,
