First Year 7th grade in-town Referees:
- 7th graders with soccer experience are eligible to referee in-town 2nd Grade Boys and Girls matches.
- 13 year olds without soccer experience are eligible to referee in-town 2nd Grade Boys and Girls matches.
All Other Referees – BAYS referees/certified referees 14 years and older:
- Center Referees must be 2 years older than the teams they are refereeing. For very experienced referees, this rule can be reviewed with appropriate mentor input.
- Experienced referees may have the opportunity to take part in our mentoring program.
