Getting Ready for the Season

Pre-Season Meeting

Make sure to attend the pre-season meeting, it is mandatory! Meetings are held at the Fairbanks Community Center and are approximately two hours long for 1^st time 13 year old referees and 30 minutes long for everyone else. Please contact Mike Wallace (SYSA Referee Coordinator) at [email protected] for specific meeting information for this year.

Do I Need To Recertify?

Every Massachusetts referee 14 years or older certified with the United States Soccer Federation (USSF) must recertify every year, regardless of referee badge grade. You are required to attend a clinic in order to receive your recertification. See FAQ for more details-http://www.massref.net/recertfaq.cfm
